What makes a great blog?

Come on people, help me out. I can't read, write and my mama had to buy me out of school. I am no rocket scientist. I was thinking and reading on about 300 different peoples blogs last night and I need some help. I cold write about my life from age 12 to present or do like some of these peole and report on world news, or maybe write about mix drinks and cooking, what can I do to improve my blog? I need help, I like to vent and write about my family and my ways, but I need some help people. Any suggestions would be helpful and I will thank you for any. Please email me or leave a comment on this topic. Thanks for listening, Catfish.

I am feeling better

Went to the new house today, feeling better, new house is not coming a long at all. Work as stopped, period, holidays did it. Come on monday. Maybe I will get into the house by Jan 15, 2005. Everything looking good, but very slow. I am taking some friends back down there sunday and shoot some guns and drink some beer. I hope all of you had a great holiday season? My son, Jason has been in heat, he has found a pretty little girl, and that's all he can think about. You know what they say about us men, all the brains go to the head of our dicks, when we meet a new girlfriend. Time will tell. My oldest son, Joey, has been drunk for several days, the other two kids are doing just fine.

Been sick as a dog

After going out with my oldest son on christmas day, I have been very sick, we went to a local pub, drank a few highballs, ate a little turkey and then it hit me. Must have been a virus, I was up and down all night long, I messed up 30 pairs of drawers, threw up about 5 times and never got any sleep. Nothing but hot water coming out of both ends, man that was bad, and hurt. Almost over it now. Take care good people, Cat.

Christmas Eve

So what? All my kids are grown and have there own lives to live and two of them are out of town, I am at home drinking and taking my meds like a good like boy, been asked to go to a few little parties, but I am scared of the cops. May just sit here and Cry me a River and listen to some good old 60's music and get fucked up, why not? I have done more than the average person, been almost everywhere and done what I wanted to do, since I was 18 years old, been married 3 times, raised 4 good kids, have a little money and land, I  owe no one, what the fuck, it could be worst. Happy fucking Christmas and you to Rob, I know how you feel. And to the rest of you Mery Christmas and a happy and safe New Year, Catfish.

New Black Mayor makes front page news

In Savannah Georgia our new black mayor made news yesterday, he took down all of the pictures of past mayors of Savannah in city hall, I think he was sick of looking at all of those white faces. Savannah is about 85% black, so what. his name is Oyis Johnson. He is our secound black mayor, who cares. There is a long outstanding saying about Savannah, the Jews own it, the Irish run it and the Niggers enjoy it, it still stands true today. I am not a racist, being an American Indian, but the truth is the truth. Most people with money and hates blacks moved out of Savannah back in the early 80's, that left nothing but blacks and a few jews in the city and of course SCAD students, the largest art schools in the country. SCAD started with 12 students and it it now huge, we have kids from everywhere and rich kids also. SCAD has put Savannah on the map again and has restored most of downtown. I was raised in the old fort, Washington Squea, 56 years ago. Mama and Daddy lived in the same house for 55 years, very old and run down, until they restored it in 1967, we had a outhouse till I was 6 years old. We burned wood, then went to coal and then fuel oil and then made the big jump to natural gas, Mama added AC in 1977, I was gone in 1966. We have come a long way baby. Each room had a fireplace and 25 foot ceilings, very hard to heat and cool, but it was home. This time of year brings back some very good memories of my childhood at christmas time. We played ball in the park each day and after Christmas we started building the bonfire that took place each year. We lit it at midnight Dec 31 and that fire would burn for several days. It burned the paint off peoples houses and set trees on fire, the Savannah Fire Department was on stand-by, everyone in Savannah was there for blocks, one big party. My middle brother Artie broke his arm climbing to the top to light it one year, it was higher than the light poles. It took weeks to build and had tires and barrels from the stores and warehouses on river street, wood, everything we could get our hands on went on the fire. They out lawed the bonfires in 1960, I think. Then they moved to Daffin park and then to Thunderbolt and then no more bonfires at all. Well folks, more about Savannah Georgia later, Catfish.

Sad News

My contractor, that is building my house, house caught on fire last night, he lost almost everything. First he had to fire his crew for smoking crack on the job and stealing from him and second a fire at his house. This was very bad and at a bad time of the year, Harry called me early this morning and told me the bad news. All of the kids christmas was under the tree and they are gone. The fire started in the kitcken at the stove, that is all I know. The good news is everyone is back on the job and Jason will finish this Friday. Did anyone see Ga Tech tonight? Later, Cat.

Greek women?

Being from Savannah Georgia, I had and did date a lot of Greek girls. They were all very pretty and had that thick dark wire black hair, some of them even had mustaches. All of them were from great families and all of them could cook and bake, just look around and look at the older women in the room. The old saying about greek women, that they may be lambs in the kitcken but they are tigers in the bedroom is not an understatement, it is the truth. Those girls were Hot Hot Hot and always wanted more, which I supplied, I was much younger then. My middle brother almost married a greek but chickened out at the last minute, don't know why, she was very pretty and her family had money and houses, who knows. I had two great Greek friends Tonas Goras and Peter Polites, we have been friends for 40 years. They married crackers. Can't please everyone. Next time, Cat.

Whorehouses

I remember two whorehouses very well, the Brown house in Macon Georgia and the S and S truck stop on highway 17 south in Macincrack county. Both of them were wonderful. The girls that worked there got in trouble with the law and the law ran the houses, so the girls worked off there time. This was not correct, but it served  them two ways. They made money and paid there fines. When you went to both places, you looked at a line up, a few girls would come out dressed in night clothes or underwear and you picked the one you wanted. Then you and the girl went back to a bedroom and talked price, back in the late 60's a blow job was 15.00, a straight fuck was 30.00, a half and half was 40.00 and around the world was 50.00. That included everything, that is the one, I always got. And it was well worth it. I must have gone to both of them 20 times, I loved them. After the GBI closed them down in the 70's, the massage parlors started opening everywhere, just like a whorehouse, just a different name. Go to parlor, pick out a girl, go behind closed doors, talk price and within a few mintues you are fucking your brains out. Those were the days. I wish I were young again. Take care and I hope all of you have a merry Christmas and a very safe New Year, Catfish.

New House

Jason and his crew started laying the floors this morning. The water was frozen till 11:00 am, it got cold last night in the woods. He has 2,960 feet of wood and tile to lay. He told me that he would be finished by Monday. He has four more houses to start next week, I put my foot down, when I got back from Athens. I have been helping a few people with there problems, at no cost, just to be nice, and maybe down the road we will get some business from it. My mama always told me to be nice and try and help everyone and you will be rewarded. I think that old grey haired Indian woman knew something?

Another Scam?

I just got two gift cards last week, both of them were worth 50.00 each. When I tried to use them today, they were not any good? I wonder how many people have purchased these cards for hard earned cash, to find out that they are not worth the plastic they are on? This sucks. I also went to several more stores just to try and use them again, same results, no good, card expired, I just got it last week, no date on it or anything. Shit Happens, beware all of my friends, Cat.

Bulldog Country

I got home late last night, I got us lost on the way back. I was a little fucked up on pills and Georgia Shine. The shine I took, was not a hit, it was only aged about 3 days, strong and nasty, but 160 proof. Acicman and I started out as always, drinking and laughing and having a good time, I started to bitch about the long two lane roads and the 33 speed limit and he told me to fuck off and I could pick the way home, I did, instead of taking 4 hours to get home, it took us 7 hours, enough said. We all had a good time and were very sorry to see Kelly sick, wish her a fast recovery. I had a very good laugh at all and I hope all of you enjoyed me. Key, pictures coming, dear. When I got home, I found out my contractor fired his whole crew, for smoking crack on the job, these men were all in there 40's? Got to get a new crew tomorrow, house is still about 95% finished, my son Jason, and the tile business, has gone to shit in 3 days. I will get it going today and tomorrow and I will kick him in the ass with my 13 size boots. All in all I had a great time and missed a few of the regulars. Till next time, stay cool, Cat.

More news

My son Jason is still doing very well in the tile and wood flooring business. I have gotten him six contractors and several other accounts. Business has been so good, we had to hire a few more people. My other son, Joey, has been doing some very hard drinking, holiday season is very bad for drunks. He lost his Mama about two years ago, liver cancer, and she drunk very hard also. He is 38 years old and looks 50. Mickey Mantle told the media once, if I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself, a true statement. My new house is about 98% complete and I should move in in the middle of December, I hope. I am also trying to buy another waterfront land, about 14 miles west of Brunswick GA. It is very very. I would like to thank all of my fellow bloggers and friends for all of the good thoughts and praises for me at a very hard time in my life, thanks gang. Take care to all and see you in Athens, Cat.
