Back To Earth Again

Well the holidays are almost over and everything is getting back to normal. It snowed for one day and has been very cold here in Coastal Georgia. We all had a great quiet Christmas. I went shopping the day before and no, I did not go to Jared's. We don't do very much for Christmas anymore. All of my kids are full grown and have families of there own now. Nancy is still sick with a very bad cold or flu, I caught a little of it from her. When she gets sick, she really gets sick. She has been in the bed for eight days now, but she seems to be getting better. I hope ya'll had a great holiday and talk to you very soon. Man what a week?

My wife, Nancy, went out of town for a Christmas party last Tuesday. When she and her quilting club got there, a lady that was a stranger came to the party. She was sick as a dog. She coughed and blew all night long. My wife could not leave, cause she rode with three other ladies. Now and wife and are are sick as dogs. She gave me the flu yesterday and both of us are in the damn bed.  I am very mad about getting sick and with the rain and cold weather down here in Coastal Georgia, makes it even worst. It Is Fucking Cold

It dropped down to 23 degrees last night, cold for this time of year. The weather folks are calling for more cold tonight and again for the next four days. When it gets down in the twenties in coastal Georgia, it is cold. We have a wet cold that goes into your bones. It is colder than a witches tity, an old southern saying. Wait, I think my dick went up into my belly again. With a twenty mile an hour wind, I bet the chill factor is two degrees. I will stay inside and let my wife keep me warm. Cold Last Night

Damn right, it got down to 29 degrees last night in coastal Georgia. This time of year, I am very glad to have a woman with some meat on her bones, she will keep me warm. Too cold for this time of the year, hope it warms up by this weekend. I am going to town and to a very large flea market saturday. Thanksgiving

We went to my daughters house in St. Augustine Florida for the holidays. Had a great big ass meal. We stayed a whole two days. Since all of my kids are grown and have families of their own holidays don't seem as good as they use to. We usually have the big meals at my house, but most of my kids are miles away and we only get together about two times a year. I hope all my friends and family had a great time. Going to Florida a semi truck was stopped on the shoulder of I 95, when I got about 100 yards from him, he started to pull out in front of me going 75 miles an hour. I almost shit my pants, I put both feet on the brakes and could not go to my left because they were cars in all three lanes. We also were killed. I cursed that motherfucker for everything he was worth and shot him a few birds. I wish he would have flowwed me, I would have beat the shit out of him. Truck drivers suck. Sunday Morning

I did not have to make that long trip to Atlanta for the funeral. My legs and back hurts too bad to make that trip. My cousin got there okay and she will be in Atlanta for a while, she has a lot of business to take care of for her and her grandson. This was just horrible. I got up this morning and saw  a dog running after my chickens. He did not catch any chickens, but scared the shit out of them. They will not lay any eggs for a few days now. The dog is a part lab and pit bull, he belongs to my good neighbors son, they are dog sitting for about three weeks. I hope he goes home soon. Not only does he try and catch my chickens, he also has a very loud mouth, every morning he bakes for about three hours, it goes up my ass like barbed wire. Go home Fisher, that is his name, damn a big dog. Fishing sucks this past week, too much wind and cold. Shrimp season is still opened and we have some great size for 2.00 a pound. Bad News

I got a call early this morning from my cousin in Florida. Her daughter, Carol, got killed in a car wreck this morning in Atlanta. Carol was in her forties and Carol also lost a son a few years back in car wreck. This family has had it hard. I maybe going to Atlanta this week.

Football Game Tonight

The Falcons play the Ravens tonight on the NFL network. Looks like the Atlanta team may win. Having a very bad back, I get to watch a lot of football and other sports. When the weather gets cooler, my back really starts to hurt. I stay inside and do my thing. I have been talking to a lot of my friends on the phone lately, they are all glad I started writing this Blog again. I will keep writing and have some great stories to tell. Ya'll come back, Cat

Bully Bully Bully

Everyone is reading about the bully. It is on TV and all the newspapers. Let me tell you my story about my BULLY. When I was about ten years old, I loved to play basketball and shoot hoops all the time. In the park, where I was born, was Washington Square in Savannah GA. It was the toughest park in all Savannah. Back then we had parks, with playground rides and swings. We had eight parks within a mile of my house. One day I went down the road to Fred Wessels park, they had four basketball courts, where ours only had two. There was a boy named Billy Lewis, he was a few years older than me, and a hell of a BULLY. He was always screwing with me and the other boys. When I got to Wessels Park, Billy was there, he took my ball and would not give it back to me. I thought for a few minutes then I decided to fight for my ball. I jumped on Billy and beat the hell out of him, all the other kids were there and they were cheering me on, I beat his ass good. From that day on, Billy the BULLY did not mess with me anymore. That is my BULLY story, Cat

Football Weekend

Laying on my ass watching college football today. Some good and bad games on today. Where is the defense? I watched the Ill and Mich game and they scored 90 points, you think they have a defense? I still love my SEC teams and the ACC, they play defense and some have a lot of offense. My team, Georgia, sucks this year, but I also like Ala and Auburn. Ga Tech also sucks. O MY God, We Won Big

I think the republicans won almost all of the seats they were trying to will. Maybe things will start getting better in the near future? We need to get some balls and go back to being a great country again. Shit happens everyday and we need it to go our way for a change. I know it will take a while, but I think we will get our prople together and go back to being a world leader. I will staart writing more each week. My Recent Trip To New York

I just took a trip to see my son, Ryan and his wonderful wife Dawn. They are very good together and have a great life. I am very glad my son found a woman like Dawn, she is great in many ways, she is smart, has a great job and pretty also. I will take another trip maybe next year. First, I have got to go visit my other son, Jason and his wife Dana in Wisc. They live in Madison and it is cool up there now, Maybe in May of 2011. I love and miss all of them. Ryan and Dawn live in a very good area on Long Island, it is very nice. I could live up there until it got winter, I hate snow. I am a Georgia peach and love my warm weather. Vote today people

I went and voted this morning, turn out very light in my county. I voted for all new people and I also voted to get all of the Demos out. We are in very bad shape and we need to turn the USA around. Our country use to be the strongest in the world, other countries use to be scared of us. We had every ones respect. We need to do it now. I will be writing more each week, trying to get back into it. My only brother, George, had a bad car wreck Saturday night in Jacksonville Florida. He got hurt a little but totaled his van. Hello People.

It is hot as hell here in coastal Georgia. I have been very busy for about three months. I want to say I am sorry for not writing very much. I have been to Atlanta, Florida. My health has been about the same, back is still killing me. Grand daughter gradated from high school with a 4.9 grade, she came out Magum Cum Lauder, she is going to Florida State this fall. Go Noles. My daughter has been posting pictures on facebook, me and my family. She has lost 102 pounds from about a year ago. She had her stomach cut down a few sizes smaller, doing great. All of my kids are doing fine. I am flying to New York in August to see Ryan and his wife Dawn. They moved from the city to a house on Long Island. Jason and his wife Dana are still in Madison Wis, both are fine. I will try and write more in the coming weeks. Thanks for asking and checking up on me, Cat

I AM NOT DEAD, YET.

Just been taking a break. Not much been happening in coastal Georgia these days, cold and wet. Fishing sucks, no new people moving into my area of the woods, I still have friends and relatives dying like flies. Some people have been asking about me, thank you, I am okay. I have been to Florida a few times since last year, birthdays and problems with some family. This maybe my last year writing this blog, it is not fun anymore, when I lost my buddy Rob, the Acidman, things changed. I will try and write more until next year.
