More on southern foods

My dad had a very large family, one of his brothers had a big farm in Metter Georgia. When we went to visit they would feed us. I remember one day we sat down to eat and I asked mama, what is all of this? She laughed and told me to eat. There kitcken table would sit 14 people and my aunt would put the food out in very large bowls, everyone sat down and had grace and them started to eat like pigs. Here is a few items they had on the table that day. Chiltins, pig ears, fried chicken, fried pork strips, mostly fat. Butter beans, corn, mac and cheese, greens, must have been mustard, rice with gravy, potatoes, different pickles, they made. Cornbeard and biscuits, sweet tea and for desert she had pir, two kinds, and differet types of cake. Everyone on daddy's side of the family all weighted well over 200 pounds and all of them had at least 6 kids, these people ate like hogs. My aunts job was just to cook. Three big ass meals a day and she always fead 10 or more at each meal. These were very hard working people and they owned thousands of acres of land and worked all of it. They grew there own veggies, raised hogs, goats, chickens and cows. They butchered there own stock and ate of gave it all away. Have you ever eaten a pig ear? The bowl they were in looked like big dumplings, but they had no taste, just tough, the more you chewed, the bigger they got.

Grits

I sent a bag of grits to a friend of mine, in Wisc. Her name is Lively, she has her own blog and she is funny as hell. When I talked to her, she told me she was going to fry them. I laughed so hard, I peed my pants. This is what I told her. Get a large pot add water and a little salt, add grits, stir and bring back up to a boil, cover and cook on low for 20 to 30 mintues. The longer they cook the better they are, just don't let them run out of water. After cooking I told her to eat them with salt and pepper and real butter. I love ham and grits and sometimes I add some cheese. I am from the south and been eating grits all my life. Yankees come to Georgia and try them and love them, they make a great meal and always at breakfast. I hope she loves them, Cat

Love them

My two football tems won this weekend. The Dawgs of GA and the Falcons. I have been a Atlanta Falcon fan since they came to Atlanta. Most of the time they suck, but since Arthur Blank has purchased them, they maybe a better team. He owns all the Home DePots and does not mind spending big money. The bulldogs have always been a SEC power, dating way back. Ya'll write in about some sex questions and ask about my ex sex games and I will be glad to write about some. Take care and have fun, Cat

Road trip yesterday

I went to see my mama's only two sisters yesterday, Christine is the baby, 81 years old and aunt Lucille is 99 years old. My mama had 13 brothers and sisters and all of them lived past 70 except one, that was Ben and he died at 35. Aunt Christine came down from Atlanta to stay with aunt Lucille in  Broklet Georgia., when I got there, it took over two hours of driving. Lucille was cooking chicken, she still cooks two meals a day. Here mind is as sharpe as a 30 year old, but she is losing some hearing. Her daughter 70 came by to see me and then one of her sons dropped by, he is 73 years old and was the president of the local bank for forty years. Aunt Lucille talked about old times and remembered everything is her long life. She knew names, dates, times and the history of all of my kin. We had a Grooms family reunion a few years ago, over 500 people was there, back in the old days, everyone had 12 or 13 brothers and sisters, mostly to work on the farms. My mama was very lucky, her father was a doctor and the rest were farmers. They were a well to do family in Bulloch County. One graveyard in Brooklet is nothing put our family, dating way back before the civil war, almost all of my family serviced in the army back then. It was a very intersesting visit and I stayed for 6 hours, came hour and took a handful of pills and died for 2 hours, been up ever since. Thanks for reading about my great family, Cat

True story from Katrina

A letter from a VERY UPSET Mississippi Doctor !

What the news does not show...

Thought I might inform the few friends I have on my recent traumatic experience. I am going to tell it straight, blunt, raw, and I don't give a damn. Long read, I know but please do read!!!

I went to volunteer on Saturday at the George R. Brown convention for two reasons.

A: I wanted to help people to get a warm fuzzy.

B: Curiosity.

I've been watching the news lately and have seen scenes that have made me want to vomit. And no it wasn't dead bodies, the city under water, or the sludge everywhere. It was PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOR. The people on TV, (99% being Black) were DEMANDING help. They were not asking nicely but demanding as if society owed these people something. Well the honest truth is WE DON'T.
Help should be asked for in a kind manner and then appreciated. This is not what the press (FOX in particular) was showing, what I was seeing was a group of people who are yelling, demanding, looting, killing, raping, and SHOOTING back at the demanded help!!!!! So I'm thinking this can't possibly be true can it???? So I decide to submit to the DEMAND for help out of SHOCK. I couldn't believe this to be true of the majority of the people who are the weakest of society. So I went to volunteer and help folks out and see the truth. So I will tell the following story and you decide:

I arrived at the astrodome only to find out that there were too many volunteers and that volunteers were needed at the George R. Brown Convention Center. As I was walking up to the Convention Center I noticed a line of cars that wrapped around blocks filled with donations. These were ordinary Houstonians coming with truckloads and trunks full of water, diapers, clothes, blankets, food, all types of good stuff. And lots of it was NEW. I felt that warm fuzzy while helping unload these vehicles of these wonderful human beings. I then went inside the building and noticed approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of clothes, shoes, jackets, toys and all types of goodies all organized and ready for the people in need. I signed up, received a name badge and was on my merry way excited to be useful.

I toured the place to get familiar with my surroundings; the entire place is probably around 2 million sq. ft. I noticed rows as far as the eye can see of mattresses, not cots, BLOW UP MATTRESSES!!! All of which had nice pillows and plenty of blankets. 2 to 3 bottles of water lay on every bed. These full size to queen size beds by the way were comfortable, I laid in one to see for myself. I went to look at the medical area. I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing!!! A makeshift hospital created in 24 hours!!! It was unbelievable, they even had a pharmacy. I also noticed that they created showers, which would also have hot water. I went upstairs to the third floor to find a HUGE cafeteria created in under 24 hours Rows of tables, chairs and food everywhere - enough to feed an army! I'm not talking about crap food either. They had Jason's deli food, apples, oranges, coke, diet coke, lemonade, orange juice, cookies, all types of chips and sandwiches. All the beverages by the way were put on ice and chilled!!!! In a matter of about 24 hours or less an entire mini-city was erected by volunteers for the poor evacuees. This was not your rundown crap shelter, it was BUM HEAVEN.

So that was the layout: great food, comfy beds, clean showers, free medical help, by the way there was a library, and a theatre room that I forgot to mention. Great stuff right????

Well here is what happened on my journey -

I started by handing out COLD water bottles to evacuees as they got off the bus. Many would take them and only 20% or less said thank you. Lots of them would shake their heads and ask for sodas! So this went on for about 20-30 minutes until I was sick of being an unappreciated servant. I figured certainly these folks would appreciate some food!!! So I went upstairs to serve these beloved evacuees some GOOD food that I wish I could have at the moment!

***The following statements are graphic, truthful, and discuss UNRATIONAL behavior***

Evacuees come slowly to receive this mountain of food that is worth serving to a king! I tell them that we have 2 types of great deli sandwiches to choose from - ham and turkey. Many look at the food in disgust and DEMAND burgers, pizza, and even McDonalds!!!! Jason's deli is better than McDonalds!!!! Only 1 out of ten people who took something would say ""thank you"" the rest took items as if it was their God given right to be served without a shred of appreciation!!! They would ask for Beer and liquor. They complained that we didn't have good enough food. They refused food and laughed at us. They treated us volunteers as if we where SLAVES. No not all of them of course, but 70% did!!!!!! 20% were appreciative, 10% took the food without any comment and the other 70% had some disgusting comment to say. Some had the nerve to laugh at us. And when I snapped back at them for being mean, they would curse at me!!! Needless to say I was in utter shock. They would eat their food and leave their mess on the table. Some would pick up their stuff, many would leave it for the volunteers to pick up. I left that real quick to go down and help set up some more beds. I saw many young ladies carrying mattresses and I helped for a while. Then I realized something. There were hundreds of able bodied young men who could help!! I asked a group of young evacuees in their teens and early twenties to help. I got cursed at for asking them to help!!! One said ""We just lost our f ' ing homes and you want us to work!!"" The next said ""Ya Cracker, you got a home we don't."" I looked at them in disbelief. Here are women walking by carrying THEIR BEDS and they can't lift a finger and help themselves!!

WHY SHOULD I HELP PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO HELP THEMESELVES!!!!

I waved them off and turned away and was laughed at and more ""white boy jokes"" were made at me. I felt no need to waste my breath on a bunch of pitiful losers. I went to a nearby restroom where I noticed a man shaving. I used the restroom, washed my hands and saw this man throw his razor towards the trash can...he missed. he walked out leaving his disgusting razor on the floor for some other ""cracker"" to pick up. Even the little kids were demanding. I saw only ONE white family and only TWO Hispanic families. The rest where blacks. Sorry - 20% to 30% decent blacks, and 70% LOSERS!!!!!

I would call them N*****S, but the actual definition of a n*****r is one who is ignorant, these people were not ignorant..they were ARROGANT A ' HOLES. The majority of which are thugs and lifetime lazy ass welfare recipients. We are inviting the lowest of the low to Houston. And like idiots we are serving the people who will soon steal our cars, rape, murder, and destroy our city while stealing from our pockets on a daily basis through the welfare checks they take. We will fund our own destruction.

By ""US"" I don't mean a specific race, I mean the people who work hard, work smart, have values and morals. Only people who want to help themselves should be helped, the others should be allowed to destroy themselves. I do not want to work hard, give the government close to half the money I earn so they can in turn give it to a bunch of losers.

I don't believe in being poor for life. My family immigrated here, we came here poor, and now thank God, and due to HARD WORK we are doing fine. If immigrants, who come here, don' t know the language can work and become successful... WHY CAN'T THE MAJORITY OF THE HOMEGROWN DO IT!!! If we continue to reward these losers then we will soon destroy our great country. I just witnessed selfish, arrogant, unappreciative behavior by the very people who need help the most. Now these same people who cursed me, refused my city's generosity, who refuse to help themselves are DEMANDING handouts on their own terms!!!!!!! They prance around as if they are owed something, and when they do receive a handout, they say it's not good enough! Well you know what these types of people can go to hell for all I care!

Hurricanes

I sure am glad I don't live on the coast of Texas, these people are in for some bad times. You can't blame anyone on these storms, I have been through many a storm and hurricanes living on the coast of Georgia. I think this is going to be a very bad one. The people of Texas are handling this a lot better than New Orleans did. I think your local government needs to do most of the up front work and then it's time for the federal to come in. I hope and pray that these people come out of it alive. The last hurricane I went through was David in 1979, it put me out of work for two weeks and destroyed my house. I lived with mama and daddy while all the power came back on. No power for two weeks and no water, man that is bad. And we did not have all this bottled water back then, we lost all our food and the city looked like a bomb hit it. I sure these people do okay.

More on Sex

I was laying in bed yesterday, watching football, and thought about this. When I was younger I loved sex more than anyone I knew. I partied every night and had a woman, every night. I was in a bar one night by myself and started talking to two pretty ladies, one thing lead to another and I ended up taking both of them home. Whe we got there, we smoked some dope, had a couple bottles of wine and then took a long shower, all three of us. These girls must have been very good friends and just wanted to party. We got in the bed and started to play with each other, man, I thought I was in heaven. I would go from one to the other and then back again. This happened for hours, I tried my best to please both of them ladies and doing that, I almost killed myself. We screwed, we ate, we sucked several different times, I must have comed 10 times. I also think I lost ten pounds doing it. By the time we finished one session, we started another one. This went on and on for hours. Gentleman keep in mind, thatwe can take care of only one lady at a time. I hope these girls had a greatime, I never saw them again. I enjoyed it so much, I think think about it all the time. If you have never been with two ladies at one time, do so, go out and pick you up a couple and try it, you will enjoyed the hell out of it, Cat

I will try and post a very nice, hot, dick hardener sex post tomorrow night. I am feeling better and almost got a blow job yesterday? Been outside doing some yard work, bad thing about my yard, it is 5 football fields and by the time I finish the front, the back will be 2 feet high and after I do the back, the front will be ready for cutting and bushing. I am getting too fucking old for all this shit. I will be glad when those poor black famlies move back into there houses in New Orleans, I am very sick of it by now. This is the best time of year in coastal Georgia, saltwater fishing is very good, fresh water fishing also good, bird season next week and then wild hog and white tail deer. I am ready. I started baithing all the big wild game yesterday, corn, salt blocks and grain, I killed two nice deer on my land last year and will get more this season. If I kill more than enough, I will post and start giving away meat for free, see you tomorrow, Cat

New Orleans

First of all, I am very sad and feel sorry for the people of Alabama, Mississippi and New Orleans. I have been through many hurricanes and I have never seen one so bad in my long life. Some people been asking me, how many blacks live in New Orleans? I told them it was about seventy - thirty. Then those same people ask me about all blacks like like that? And I asked them, like what? They told me that they saw blacks stealing all types of things, TV's, shoes, jewelery, guns and ammo. None of these you need or can use without power. Food and water would be okay, but not those luxary items. This is what gives blacks a bad name. If some people came to the states from England or Scotland, they might would think all blacks are like those on our TV's this week. It is very hard to have an open mind on these people. Plus, they are blaming the federal government for all the bad things the Cane left for them. They should be blaming the Mayor of N.O. which is black and the governor , which is a white lady, they should have acted faster and had all the people and food and water ready, the next day. They had a few days warnings about the hurricane being a 4 or 5 scale, which is very bad. Don't blame the rest of us. I don't think it was a racist thing, until the blacks started calling it racist. These people are in for a long gard fight, I think it will take years to rebuild New Orleans. It will take billions of dollars and I think they will get it, when needed. I feel very sorry for these people and wish them luck, Cat
